“I was attended to by Andy, Master Locksmith and son of the owner, to solve a complex situation with an impounded vehicle when I was thousands of kilometers away. He was sympathetic, professional and has a terrific sense of humor. Andy went beyond every expectation. He retrieved the vehicle, (stood in line to pay the fee that had to be done in person), arranged a tow, put it in a safe place, sent photos AND organized a trickle charge for the dead battery. “We had to reschedule our initial appointment. David was very apologetic and flexible in rearranging the time at our convenience. He really went the extra mile. He rekeyed and serviced all of our locks. He adjusted them all to ensure they were the proper tightness, cleaned the dirty locks, and greasing the joints so they work smoothly. “We misplaced the keys to our travel trailer and received prompt service from David Locksmith to have it re-keyed. Afterwards we were camping and had an issue with one of the locks. I contacted the company and the owner walked me through what I needed to do in the field to fix it. Then he arranged to come to our home when we were back in town so he could see the locks and adjust them for free. “Called David’s at 4:10 on a Thursday afternoon once I discovered that the door handle to our garage was done. The entire lock system was broke and somehow I had both garage door openers locked inside the cars inside the garage. David’s showed up within 20 mins, drilled the old door handle and replaced with a new knob. Frankly, I was super impressed with how quickly they responded and replaced the door knob.”
